China offically issued 4G licenses to three domestic operators

China's Ministry Industry and Information Technology(MIIT) today officially announced to grant 4G TD-LTE licenses to three domestic operators——China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom. Like that of the 3G license granting, no ceremony performed.
On December,4,2013, China's MIIT issued licensing arrangements of "The Fourth Generation Digital Cellular Mobile Communication Services (TD-LTE)" to China Mobile Communications Corporation, China Telecom Corporation, China United Telecommunications Co. Ltd.
Five years after 3G's domination, three domestic operators finnaly got the qualification to launch and commercialize 4G network. This move will also spur the process of 4G deployment and related work.
